FLEX COAT Rod Wrapping Finish Kit Lite Formula Epoxy Varnish

Contains:
- one syringe containing 12cc of resin
- one syringe containing 12cc of hardener
- 4 varnishing brushes
- 4 mixing sticks
- 4 mixing cups

Instructions for preparing Flex Coat epoxy varnish:
Heat both bottles in water at approximately 70 degrees for five minutes, which makes the products more fluid and easier to mix. Then measure a minimum of 2.5cc of each component using the provided syringes. Pour both products into a small cup, then mix gently for 60 seconds, taking care not to incorporate air.

Allow the mixture to rest for about ten seconds, then blow gently on it to burst any air bubbles. Apply the varnish using a fairly stiff brush, such as a Flex Coat varnishing brush. If bubbles appear after application, simply blow gently on the wrapping to eliminate them.

Then allow the varnish to dry for 4 to 8 hours, keeping the rod rotating on a turning dryer to ensure an even finish without runs.
