    RIO's Saltwater Mono is the ideal choice for anglers looking to build their own leaders for tarpon, bonefish, permit and other saltwater species. This material offers an excellent strength-to-diameter ratio, very good abrasion resistance, low memory and outstanding knotability.

    Available from 8 lb to 60 lb, it can be used to make both the body sections and the finer tippet sections of a tapered leader. Each spool contains 50 yards (45.7 m).

    Moderately stiff leader material, very easy to knot, perfectly suited for saltwater fishing.
