The braided backing RIO Dacron® 30 lb offers an excellent compromise between fineness and ease of use. Its small diameter allows you to increase your reel capacity, while its braided structure makes it easy to create loops via blind splice (Blind Splice).
More supple and easier to handle than some ultra-thin backings with a very tight braid, it knots easily and allows quick, strong, and reliable splices to be made.
