• How to take your measurements

  1. Waist measurement
  Measure your waist at the most natural point, generally at the level of the navel or slightly above. Keep the tape measure perfectly horizontal, without pulling it too tight.

  2. Hip measurement
  Place the tape measure around the widest part of the hips and buttocks. Make sure it remains parallel to the ground in order to obtain an accurate measurement.

  3. Inseam length
  Measure the distance between the crotch and the bottom of the ankle along the inside of the leg. Take this measurement standing upright with legs straight for a reliable result.
