FLEX COAT Rod Wrapping Finish Super Kit Epoxy Varnish

Contains:
- a resin + hardener kit
- 2 x 3cc syringes for mixing
- 5 varnishing brushes
- 5 mixing sticks
- 5 mixing cups

Usage instructions for preparing Flex Coat epoxy varnish:
Heat both bottles in water at approximately 70 degrees for five minutes, which makes the products more fluid and easier to mix. Then measure a minimum of 2.5 cc of each component using the provided syringes. Pour both products into a small cup, then gently mix for 60 seconds, taking care not to incorporate air.

Let the mixture rest for about ten seconds, then blow gently on it to pop any air bubbles. Apply the varnish using a fairly stiff brush, such as a Flex Coat varnishing brush. If bubbles appear after application, simply blow gently on the wrapping to eliminate them.

Then allow the varnish to dry for 4 to 8 hours, keeping the rod rotating on a drying motor to ensure an even, drip-free finish.
