RIO Premier Gold Glacial Fly Line

The ultimate fly line for winter fishing

• Ideal for temperatures of 4°C and below
• Improves durability in cold weather
• Retains the suppleness and ease of handling typical of trout fly lines
• Reduces memory in extreme cold conditions

Snow on the banks? Ice in the guides? Numb hands? Standard fly line coatings perform best between 4°C and 21°C. Below that, they become harder, stiffer, and more brittle. Memory increases and, worse still, these coatings can crack with use.

The Glacial Gold is designed with an exclusive PolarFlex coating that remains supple, easy to handle, and high-performing even on the coldest days. Paired with the versatile RIO Gold profile, it allows you to keep fishing effectively in winter conditions. Facing icy trout fishing days becomes much more accessible.

- Total length: 27.40 m
