Its weight is half a size above the AFFTA standard (for example, a WF5F corresponds to a WF5.5F), making it more powerful than the classic RIO Gold while remaining delicate in presentations.

It is ideal for anglers who alternate between sub-surface and surface fishing, especially during hatches.
The Gold XP offers an excellent balance between power, finesse, loop stability and control at various distances.
