How to choose your spinner?

Size

Try to match the size of the prey of the predators you are targeting. Depth will also be a determining factor. For example, where a size #2 spinner is perfect at the start of the season, during low water (summer low water levels), a 00 should be used to avoid snagging.

Color

While there is no absolute rule, here are a few guidelines:

• Silver: clear water in the morning and evening when light fades
• Gold / copper: brown, peaty water (tea color). The ultimate all-purpose color
• Black: perfect for bright sunny days or very murky water
• Fluo: perfect for very murky water or low-light conditions
