The SUNLINE Siglon Braid 8X Multicolor 150m braid is a high-performance braid designed for demanding anglers. Made with Japanese EX-PE technology, it offers remarkable slickness, great suppleness and excellent resistance. Versatile, it adapts equally well to saltwater and freshwater fishing, from the shore or from a boat.
Developed by SUNLINE, a recognised specialist in braided lines since 1977, the Siglon Braid 8X is based on a new generation of EX-PE fibres. This innovative filament produces a more consistent, stronger and higher-performing braid than previous generations.
Thanks to its 8-strand construction, this braid benefits from a homogeneous structure and a perfectly round profile. This braiding improves fluidity through the guides, optimises casting distance and provides great sensitivity to feel the slightest bite.
The Siglon Braid 8X Multicolor stands out for its particularly silky coating. This finish improves slickness and reduces friction, which promotes longer and more precise casts.
Its suppleness also allows excellent line management during animations and facilitates technical fishing, whether vertical or casting.
Designed to meet the demands of modern anglers, this braid displays high resistance to direct pull and to knots. Tests carried out by the manufacturer also demonstrate excellent abrasion resistance, a major asset during fights with fish or when fishing in cluttered environments.
Its multicolour colouring allows better line visibility and easier control of depth or drift distance, particularly useful in vertical fishing.
Available in a 150-metre spool, the Siglon Braid 8X Multicolor adapts to many fishing techniques. It is suitable for both boat fishing and shore fishing, at sea and in fresh water.
It is particularly effective for vertical, lure or casting fishing, where sensitivity and precision are essential.
