GORE-TEX® care
- Machine wash at 40 °C with a very small amount of liquid detergent, without fabric softener or bleach.
- Dry at moderate temperature then tumble dry for 20 min (delicate heat) to revive the DWR treatment.
- If water no longer beads, reapply a DWR treatment, then reactivate with gentle heat.
Temperature management (when it's cold)
Opt for a layering system that will allow you to fish all year round:
- Layer 1: a technical base layer
- Layer 2 (in extreme cold): a warm down-style mid-layer
