Soft lure TIEMCO Critter Tackle Wild Mouse Emperor

Tiemco Critter Tackle Wild Mouse Emperor

This rodent imitation is perfectly suited for surface fishing for pike and bass in cluttered environments. Its specific density allows for optimal take-up and a higher strike-to-catch ratio than other lures of this type, which are often too buoyant. Tips from our team of enthusiasts

The rig

The Tiemco Critter Tackle Wild Mouse Emperor is rigged on a 7/0 wide gape Texas hook such as the Decoy Worm 26 KG Hook Magnum.

The colour

When it comes to colour, the starting point is the water clarity. The clearer it is, the more natural tones you should use; the more opaque it is, the more flashy or dark shades — even black — you should go for. This is a base guideline that will need to be adjusted from day to day.
