Our team of passionate anglers has put together a premium pack for fishing pike with big baits.

The rod: the Tenryu Injection BC 80 XXH is a casting rod designed for fishing large pike with shads, swimbaits and other big baits. Its blank is made of 87% carbon and 13% fibreglass to create a responsive rod with enough flexibility to cast large lures pleasantly and effectively while minimising the risk of hooks pulling out.

The reel: what better than the benchmark in big bait fishing, the Calcutta Conquest 301 MD XG. Ultra robust and ultra smooth (12 bearings), it benefits from the best Shimano technologies to guarantee very high-level performance.

The braid: we selected the YGK Ultra Castman WX8 in PE4, which is capable of withstanding repeated casts with large lures and eliminates the risk of breakage in the event of a tangle. In addition to being very durable, it is also super smooth and supple, which will allow you to gain a few extra metres with every cast.
