Description
Our team of passionate anglers has put together a premium pack for fishing pike with hard baits and soft lures.
The rod: the Tenryu Injection BC 73 XH is a casting rod designed for pike fishing. It is particularly well suited to fishing with shads or swimbait-type lures. Its blank is made up of 88% carbon and 12% fibreglass to give a rod that is responsive and flexible enough to cast large lures comfortably and effectively while minimising the risk of losing fish.
The reel: we have selected the Tatula HD (Heavy Duty) in size 200. Powerful, robust and smooth, its 71cm retrieve rate is ideal for pike fishing with big baits.
The braid: the Xbraid Upgrade X8 in PE2.5 complements this setup perfectly with its suppleness, sensitivity and durability. If you would like us to set up the braid for you, send us an email or contact us by phone.
The lure selection: 1 Megabass Vatalion 115F, Sawamura One Up Shad 7'' (2 blisters) & 1 DUO Apex 100. (colours may vary depending on stock).
