The Emeraldas Boat range comprises 2 rods specifically developed for squid and cuttlefish fishing from a boat. Each model is designed to meet the demands of vertical fishing, with particular attention paid to bite detection and securing catches on the retrieve.

Sensitivity and progressiveness in the service of efficiency

One of the major strengths of this series lies in its tip sensitivity, essential for detecting the often discreet bites of cephalopods. The progressive action, combined with a fine blank design, considerably limits hook pulls during the strike and retrieve phases, while improving comfort in fishing action.

Models adapted for deep fishing

Tataki

Tataki models are designed for classic vertical fishing with dropper rig setups, allowing the use of weights up to 100 g, ideal for the majority of boat fishing situations.

Deep Sensitive

The Deep Sensitive version extends possibilities with a usage range of up to 150 g, perfectly suited to fishing in very deep areas, beyond 50 metres, when control and perception of animations become paramount.

Optimised visibility and comfort

The solid white tip, combined with orange whippings at the tip, provides excellent visibility, making bite detection easier even in low-light conditions. The rear EVA foam handle effectively protects the rod butt when placed in a rod holder, a valuable advantage during extended drifts.
