Designed to meet the demands of predator anglers, the CARNAFLY fly line is suited to both freshwater and saltwater fishing. Designed for animating and propelling medium to large streamers, it stands out for its immediate handling and excellent casting feel. Its progressive power and balanced behaviour allow for effective targeting of pike, bass, largemouth bass, perch, jacks and other active predators.
An optimized WFC profile for efficiency
The WFC (Weight Forward Carnassier) profile has been specifically designed to load the rod quickly, even with little fly line out. This design promotes long and accurate casts with a reduced number of false casts, including with bulky or weighted flies. The energy transfer is progressive and stable, ensuring a controlled trajectory and rapid line pick-up, ideal for prospecting large areas.
Next-generation coating for consistent slip
The CARNAFLY benefits from a latest-generation polymer coating offering excellent slip whatever the conditions. It maintains its performance in both cold water and tropical environments, without hardening or loss of elasticity. Its low memory limits coiling and ensures clean, precise deployment throughout the session.
Two densities for maximum versatility
– Floating version: ivory running line with pale yellow shooting head, perfectly suited to surface and sub-surface fishing.
– Intermediate version: white running line and clear shooting head, ideal for keeping streamers just below the surface and exploring the fish's holding zone.
Practical finish and suitable length
Equipped with welded loops at both ends, the CARNAFLY fly line allows for quick and reliable rigging. Its 30-metre length offers an optimal balance between casting power, drift control and versatility of use.
