A rod designed to rise to the challenges of light jigging
The HLJ612S-M belongs to the "Challenge" category of the Inshore Light Jigging series. It was designed to allow anglers to target powerful fish while maintaining the technical and sporting approach of light tackle fishing.
Versatile, it allows jigging to be practised in coastal or near-offshore zones while maintaining excellent animation control.
Fast blank for dynamic animations
This rod features a particularly lively and manoeuvrable blank, perfectly suited to fast and precise animations. It excels in fast pitch jigging techniques designed to trigger the aggression of pelagic fish.
It also proves effective for slower animations of the negging type, allowing the jig presentation to be adapted according to fish activity.
Power reserve to take on large fish
Despite its design intended for light fishing, the HLJ612S-M has a significant power reserve. The C.N.T composite reinforced butt provides the strength needed to fight larger than expected fish.
The slightly longer rear handle facilitates vertical pumping actions and improves control during fights with powerful fish.
Technical equipment and high-end finish
The rod is fitted with an LG tip guide and K guides with a stainless steel frame and SiC inserts, ensuring excellent line flow and great reliability in marine conditions.
The DPS reel seat, designed for spinning models, provides solid and comfortable hold of the reel. The reel seat area is made from Nishijin-ori woven carbon, recognised for its lightness, stiffness and high-end finish.
