• How to take your measurements

  1. Waist circumference
  Measure your waist at its most natural point, generally at the navel or slightly above. Keep the tape measure horizontal, without pulling it too tight.

  2. Hip circumference
  Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure it remains parallel to the floor to get an accurate measurement.

  3. Inseam length
  Measure the distance from the crotch to the bottom of the ankle along the inside of the leg. Take this measurement standing upright with your legs straight for a reliable result.
