Saltwater fly fishing package: REDINGTON Predator Salt 9′ 9-weight + BEHEMOTH + RIO Striper
Expertly selected by Ardent Pêche
The Ardent Pêche team designed this package for anglers seeking a high-performing saltwater outfit that can handle demanding conditions and powerful fish. The components were selected for their ruggedness, compatibility and effectiveness across a range of fishing, from striped bass to exotic species.
REDINGTON Predator Salt rod for power and precision
The REDINGTON Predator Salt 9-weight is built for demanding fishing. Its fast action and power reserve let you cast bulky flies effectively, even into the wind.
Its high-modulus carbon construction with Nano resin strikes an excellent balance between light weight, strength and performance. The fast tip produces tight loops and high line speed for precise, powerful casts.
It is well suited to targeting hard-fighting striped bass, as well as more demanding species such as permit, barracuda and tropical predatory fish.
REDINGTON BEHEMOTH Black 9/10 reel with a powerful, reliable drag
The BEHEMOTH reel in size 9/10 fits this setup perfectly. Its exceptionally powerful carbon drag applies smooth, progressive pressure to handle fast runs and sustained fights.
Its large-arbor design allows fast retrieval and excellent backing management. Rugged and reliable, it is well suited to the demands of saltwater fishing.
RIO Premier Striper fly line for easy, effective casting
The RIO Premier Striper WF9F is designed for saltwater fishing. Its short, front-loaded head loads the rod quickly and casts effectively, even with little line out.
It makes casting into the wind and casting bulky flies easier while maintaining precision and control.
An outfit for demanding saltwater fishing
This package is ideal for anglers looking to step up their saltwater fishing. It lets them cast far, fish effectively in challenging conditions and bring hard-fighting fish under control.
