Description
Waterproofness and targeted insulation
The Challenger Insulated is built on a 2-layer waterproof, breathable, fully taped fabric to ensure waterproofness. The PrimaLoft Rise fill is strategically distributed: 133 g in the body, 100 g in the sleeves, and 80 g in the hood, to maintain mobility while concentrating warmth where it is needed most.
A hood designed for movement
The insulating hood was designed for quick movement on a boat. Its three-point adjustment secures the fit without obstructing peripheral vision. The central YKK Vislon zipper is reinforced by a waterproof storm flap that blocks driving rain and snow.
Storage and durability
Two zippered chest pockets hold your gear, and the zippered hand warmer pockets are lined with brushed knit for warmth, with an interior drawcord adjustment at the waist. The articulated sleeves feature a water-repellent inner sleeve. Ice axe loops are provided at the shoulders.
