Description
Waterproofing and targeted insulation
The Challenger Insulated is built on a fully taped, waterproof, breathable 2-layer fabric to guarantee waterproofing. The PrimaLoft Rise fill is strategically distributed: 133 g in the body, 100 g in the sleeves, and 80 g in the hood, to maintain mobility while concentrating warmth where it is needed.
A hood designed for movement
The insulated hood has been designed for fast boat travel. Its three-point adjustment secures the fit without obstructing peripheral vision. The YKK Vislon center zipper is reinforced by a waterproof storm flap that blocks driving rain and snow.
Storage and durability
Two zippered chest pockets hold your gear, and the zippered hand-warmer pockets are lined with brushed knit for warmth, with an inner drawstring adjustment at the waist. The articulated sleeves feature a water-resistant inner gaiter. Ice axe loops are provided at the shoulders.
