Oversized products and specific delivery conditionsSome items available on our website are considered oversized products due to their size and dimensions. In particular, this includes one-piece fishing rods or those whose folded length is over 170 cm (e.g.: premium brands such as Tenryu, Megabass, etc.).
These products cannot be shipped by standard carriers (Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.). Their delivery is handled exclusively by UPS or any other specialist carrier we may designate.
As a result, they do not benefit from free shipping, even if your order reaches or exceeds the €49 purchase threshold normally required to qualify. The delivery charges applicable to these oversized products are clearly indicated at the time of ordering and remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Careful packaging and dispatch within 24 hours*At Ardent Pêche, every order goes through a rigorous check before dispatch. We systematically verify the compliance of your items: visual inspection of fishing rods, verification of ordered references, and inspection of the general condition of the equipment. Nothing is left to chance to guarantee you a delivery with no unpleasant surprises.
Once the inspection is complete, our teams proceed with careful packaging, adapted to the fragility and dimensions of each product. We use reinforced protection for rods, reels and accessories to ensure they travel in complete safety.
We make it a point of honour to ensure your parcel is perfectly prepared: clean, secure and dispatched quickly. Because for us, quality of service is measured as much by the receipt of the product as by its use at the waterside.
And because speed matters as much as quality, any order placed before 12pm, containing only in-stock items, is dispatched the same day (no dispatches on Saturday and Sunday). You will thus receive your equipment in the best conditions and within the shortest timeframes.
