Article 1 – Organising company
The company JB LEBREC,
SAS with a share capital of 500000€,
registered with the RCS of LORIENT under number 484 528 369,
whose registered office is located at ZAC DE TREHONIN, 56300 LE SOURN,
(hereinafter "the Organiser"),
is organising a prize draw contest, with no entry fee other than that associated with the purchase of products, entitled "Prize Draw – Two rods to be won" (hereinafter "the Contest").
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
The Contest is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France, excluding the Organiser's staff and any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organisation of the Contest.
Participation in the Contest is automatic and conditional upon placing an order:
- of an amount strictly greater than or equal to €120 including VAT, excluding shipping costs,
- One order gives one entry into the draw, provided it exceeds the amount indicated above.
- placed between 11/02/2026, 6:00 PM, and 28/02/2026, 11:59 PM.
- directly in store,
- and on one of the following websites:
- www.ardent-peche.com
- www.ardentflyfishing.com
- www.ardent-peche.com
One eligible order = one entry into the draw, regardless of the number of products purchased. Orders validated on the website www.ardent-peche.com will be entered into the draw for the rod TENRYU RAYZ S 632 L, those validated on the website www.ardentflyfishing.com will be entered into the draw to win the rod SAGE R8 CORE 9' #5.
Any order that is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent before the date of the draw will result in the automatic cancellation of the corresponding entry.
Article 3 – Contest mechanics
The Contest consists of two draws from among all eligible participants as defined in Article 2.
The draws will take place on 02/03/2026, using a process guaranteeing its random and fair nature.
Article 4 – Prize
The Contest is endowed with the following prizes:
2 fishing rods
- Model 1: TENRYU RAYS S 632 L
- Indicative retail value: €816.90
- Model 2: SAGE R8 CORE 9' 5-weight
- Indicative retail value: €1190
The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.
Article 5 – Selection of winners
Winners will be selected by draw from among the eligible participants.
Winners will be notified by email, at the address used at the time of the order, within 3 days following the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 30 days of the notification being sent, the Organiser reserves the right to proceed with a new draw.
Article 6 – Prize delivery
The prize will be sent to the postal address provided at the time of the order, within a maximum period of 1 week after confirmation of the winner's details.
The Organiser cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the prize during delivery.
Article 7 – Liability
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, or modify the Contest in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Article 8 – Personal data (GDPR)
Personal data collected in the context of the Contest is processed by the Organiser solely for the purposes of:
- management of entries,
- organisation of the draw,
- prize allocation and dispatch.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each participant has the right of access, rectification, objection, erasure, and restriction of processing of their data, which they may exercise by writing to: info@ardent-peche.com.
Data will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
Article 9 – Viewing the rules
This set of rules is available free of charge throughout the duration of the Contest on the participating websites, and upon simple written request to the Organiser.
Article 10 – Applicable law and disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules shall be submitted to the competent courts.
