Article 1 – Organizing Company
The company JB LEBREC,
SAS with a share capital of €500,000,
registered with the RCS of LORIENT under number 484 528 369,
whose registered office is located at ZAC DE TREHONIN, 56300 LE SOURN,
(hereinafter "the Organizer"),
is organizing a prize draw contest, with no participation fee other than those related to the purchase of products, entitled "Prize Draw – Two Rods to Be Won" (hereinafter "the Game").
Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
The Game is open to any adult individual residing in metropolitan France, excluding Organizer staff and any person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of the Game.
Participation in the Game is automatic and conditional upon placing an order:
- of an amount strictly greater than or equal to €120 including tax, excluding shipping costs,
- One order grants one entry into the draw, provided it exceeds the amount indicated above.
- made between 11/02/2026, 6:00 PM, and 28/02/2026, 11:59 PM,
- directly in store,
- and on one of the following websites:
- www.ardent-peche.com
- www.ardentflyfishing.com
- www.ardent-peche.com
One eligible order = one entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of products purchased. Orders validated on the site www.ardent-peche.com will be entered into the draw for the rod TENRYU RAYZ S 632 L, while those validated on the site www.ardentflyfishing.com will be entered into the draw to win the rod SAGE R8 CORE 9' #5.
Any order cancelled, refunded or found to be fraudulent before the draw date will result in the automatic cancellation of the corresponding entry.
Article 3 – Game Rules
The Game consists of two prize draws among all eligible participants as defined in Article 2.
The draws will take place on 02/03/2026, using a process that guarantees its random and fair nature.
Article 4 – Prizes
The Game includes the following prizes:
2 fishing rods
- Model 1: TENRYU RAYS S 632 L
- Indicative retail value: 816.90€
- Model 2: SAGE R8 CORE 9' 5-weight
- Indicative retail value: 1190€
The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash.
Article 5 – Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected by prize draw from among the eligible participants.
Winners will be notified by email, at the address used when placing the order, within 3 days following the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 30 days of the notification being sent, the Organizer reserves the right to proceed with a new draw.
Article 6 – Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the postal address provided at the time of the order, within a maximum period of 1 week after confirmation of the winner's details.
The Organizer cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during delivery.
Article 7 – Liability
Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend or modify the Game in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control.
Article 8 – Personal Data (GDPR)
Personal data collected in the context of the Game are processed by the Organizer solely for the purposes of:
- management of entries,
- organization of the prize draw,
- prize allocation and dispatch.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, delete and restrict the processing of their data, which they may exercise by writing to: info@ardent-peche.com.
Personal data will not be sold or transferred to third parties.
Article 9 – Rules Consultation
These rules are available free of charge throughout the duration of the Game on the participating websites, and upon simple written request to the Organizer.
Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These rules are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules shall be submitted to the competent courts.
