We provide an after-sales service for all items sold on our website:

- If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it after receipt and inspection.

- If the item is defective or due to mishandling or misuse

Please provide us with your name, customer number, and order or invoice number related to the issue. Describe the problem to us as precisely as possible with a few photos.

We will then provide you with the steps to follow.

Sage and Redington After-Sales Service:

- For Sage and Redington rods:
Please return your rods complete, in their sleeves and tubes, all packed in a cardboard box. The rods and sleeves must be clean to be accepted.

- For Sage blanks:
Remember to remove your guides before sending the broken blank. If possible, send your blank in its sleeve and in a tube for better protection. Mounting components (guides, reel seat, handle…) are not covered under warranty.

- For Sage and Redington reels:
Return them (clean) in their original packaging or in a cardboard box for protection.

Items are sent back to our suppliers every month, around the 25th. You should then allow approximately 3 to 4 months for the return to France. These timeframes may vary depending on the date of your return, the age of the item, and its availability from our suppliers. We will do our best to keep you informed of the processing times for your cases.

The after-sales service packages include: handling, shipping, insurance, and customs fees.

Remember to use the La Poste website to track the shipment of your parcels and confirm that we have received them.

Simms After-Sales Service:

Please return your items — waders, trousers, shoes — in a cardboard box. They must be clean to be accepted. Otherwise, the supplier reserves the right to return them to us without even inspecting them.

When sending items for repair, you must not include accessories such as wading belts, bags, nippers... Please always send all repairs without accessories.

Also, do not leave any studs you may wish to keep in the shoe; if the supplier issues a credit, they will be lost.

Once we have received your item, we will submit a repair request to Simms. They will send us a repair number along with a shipping label. Once the item is with them, it can either be very quick or slightly longer depending on the defects found (between 1 and 3 weeks on average).
