After-Sales Service:
We provide an after-sales service for all items sold on our website:
- If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it after receipt and verification.
- If the item is defective or due to misuse or mishandling

Please provide us with your name, customer number and order number or invoice number related to the issue.
Describe the problem as precisely as possible with a few photos.

The Sage and Redington After-Sales Service:
- For Sage and Redington rods:
Please return your complete rods in their sleeves and tubes, packed in a box. The rods and sleeves must be clean to be accepted.
- For Sage blanks:
Remember to remove your guides before sending the broken blank. If possible, send your blank in its sleeve and in a tube for better protection. Mounting components (guides, reel seat, handle…) are not covered under warranty.
- For Sage and Redington reels:
Return them (clean) in their original packaging or in a box to protect them.
- For Redington Waders:
These items must be returned to us clean and dry, in their original box or in a cardboard box. Any item received dirty, damp or mouldy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Waders with a proven manufacturing defect will be covered under warranty and exchanged (free of charge). For other reasons for return: wear due to intensive or inappropriate use, … a flat rate* will be charged covering handling fees, return to our supplier and return to you.
Items are returned to our suppliers once a month, around the 25th. You should then allow approximately 3 months (delay due to covid) for return to France. These timescales may vary depending on the date of your return, the age of the item and its availability with our suppliers. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the processing times for your cases.

The after-sales service packages include: handling, shipping, insurance and customs fees.

The Simms After-Sales Service:
Please return your items: waders, trousers, shoes in a box. They must be clean to be accepted. Otherwise the supplier reserves the right to return them to us without even inspecting them.
When sending repairs, you must not include any accessories such as wading belts, bags, nippers... Please always send all repairs without accessories.
Also, do not leave any studs you may wish to keep in the shoe; if the supplier issues a credit note, they will be lost.
Once we have received your item, we will submit a warranty claim to Simms. They will send us a repair number along with a shipping label. Once with them, it can either be very quick or somewhat longer depending on the faults found (between 1 and 3 weeks on average).
