At Ardent Pêche, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not suit you or has a defect, we do everything we can to keep your shopping experience simple and fast.

🕒 Right of withdrawal – 14 days to change your mind

You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more items, without having to justify your decision.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, unopened (for sealed packaging) and in their original intact packaging.

  • The return must be made in careful packaging to avoid any damage during transport.

📦 How to make a return

  1. Contact our customer service at retours@ardent-peche.com specifying your customer number, the invoice or order number concerned by this return, as well as your preference: would you like a refund or to receive store credit that you can deduct from a future order.

  2. Once the email is received, we will send you by email a return label that you simply need to print and stick on the parcel. (We do not provide packaging for the return). Carefully pack the items and send them to the address indicated.

  3. Upon receipt and after verification of the products, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days via the original payment method, or with the creation of the store credit, or with the exchange for the product of your choice.

💸 Who pays the return shipping costs?

We cover the cost of returns.

🔧 Defective or damaged products

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Send us an email with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will offer you a quick solution: replacement, store credit, or refund.

⏳ Processing times

  • Returns are processed within an average of 1 to 5 working days after receipt.

  • The refund is processed within the following 7 working days, directly to your original payment method.

  • You will be kept informed by email at each step.
